Hi, I’m Anna — a yoga teacher, educator, and forever student of the body, mind, and spirit located in Zeist .
My journey began in the world of clinical psychology, where I developed a deep curiosity for the human experience.
Over the years, this path led me to yoga, where I found a beautiful, healing bridge between science and soul.
I’ve trained in yin yoga, yoga nidra, vinyasa, adaptive yoga, mindfulness, and meditation, and hold a 500 RYT and YACEP certification.
Teaching is my way of sharing what I love most — presence, connection, and care.
I started with children, and as my practice grew, I naturally expanded to teaching adults. Along the way, I’ve studied with incredible teachers like Jo Phee and Bernie Clark for yin, Patrick Beach, Carling Harps, and Mark Robberds for vinyasa and ashtanga, and Thich Nhat Hanh for mindfulness and Buddhist meditation.
Their wisdom has helped shape the unique, heart-centered style I now offer.
I believe in the power of community, joy, and authentic connection—nothing lights me up more than a heartfelt laugh or a good hug.
I’m passionate about mental health and dedicated to creating spaces where people can feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow.
Also, full disclosure: I’m a total bookoholic. If I’m not on the mat or in the studio, you’ll probably find me curled up with a good book, scribbling notes in the margins.
Right now, I’m diving deeper into the study of Qi Gong and somatic yoga, with a special focus on supporting women’s health and emotional well-being.
It’s an honor to walk this path — and I’m so grateful we’ve crossed paths.
Let’s Flow, Grow and Blossom together—one mindful moment at a time.

Testimonials
Charlotte Demoulin
"Anna is one of the best yoga teachers I have had. She is not only friendly, but also very genuine. At the same time playful and professional. Anna clearly has a Heart for (and a lot of knowledge about!) people and yoga. Her classes are therefore excellent!"
Stéphanie Quéré
I have participated to a mini-retreat lead by Anna, end of October, named “Ode à la paresse: An afternoon retreat for our French speaking community" which was incredible! Working mum of two young boys, I am so happy I took this time for myself. That afternoon was everything I needed. I love Anna's energy: calm, kind and yet cheerful. I came back home both relaxed and energized. I can't wait to do another retreat with Anna!

I highly recommend Anna’s yoga therapy sessions. They have helped me tremendously with my insomnia and chronic anxiety. I’m looking forward to every Wednesday evening.

Anna is a very good yoga teacher and a nice person. Both the relaxing classes and the more intense classes are great. She always pays close attention to the people present and adjusts the level and rhythm of the class accordingly. You always feel welcome, seen, heard and guided. I hope to enjoy your classes for a very long time Anna! You are a beautiful person!

Through a friend, I came to Anna for yoga. And I never left. I take several types of classes with Anna: Nidra, Yin, Flow. Delightful! Anna makes you feel welcome, allows you to explore your own limits without judgement and is so caring. Always checking that you are comfortable. She feels free to bring an extra block or pillow. Or tuck your feet under the blanket for Savasana.
